Freight Policy
Freight charges of $25.00 will be added to all orders. $50.00 will be added to all RUSH orders.
Environmentally Friendly Company
Reducing our company’s carbon footprint by using recycled materials is a top priority.
We have identified certain products that can utilize recycled materials that enhance the
products appearance, improve its weight capacity and more importantly, reduce waste in the
manufacturing process. In the future, you will see more products that are environmentally
friendly, noted by our icon.
Warranty Policy
Seniors Network Solutions warrants that products we sell will be free from defective
workmanship and materials including a manufacturers limited life-time warranty on certain
products. This warranty does not apply to breakage or failure due to tampering, misuse,
neglect, accidents, wear and tear, or modification. Manufacturer’s sole obligation under this
warranty
shall be limited to parts or product replacement. The issuance of credit towards a replacement
is subject to Seniors Network Solutions evaluation of the returned item(s) meeting warranty
guidelines. Please refer to each product for its specific warranty.
Return Policy
In order to expedite a return, please contact our customer service department at (866) 880-
1442 or send an email to sales@seniorsnetworksolutions.com for a return merchandise
authorization (RMA). Seniors Network Solutions cannot accept any unauthorized return without
a previously issued RMA. All RMA's expire after 15 days of issuance. Used items are not
eligible for return and are covered under their respective warranty. For used items under
warranty, Seniors Network Solutions reserves the right to send a no-charge repair part.
Carton damaged items must be marked “DAMAGED” on the bill of lading for truck shipments or
on the UPS manifest for small packages. Within five (5) days of original receipt, suspect items
are to be inspected by the customer and have an RMA issued to report damage. Seniors
Network Solutions shall notify the shipper to arrange for an inspection and pickup confirming
the reported shipping damage, processes a replacement order billed to your account, and issue
a credit based on the carriers findings. Credit cannot be issued for shipping damage if Seniors
Network Solutions is notified to issue an RMA after five (5) days of original receipt.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Unused items in saleable condition, which have an RMA, and are returned by customer within
thirty (30) days of original receipt, are subject to a restocking fee. For a complete copy of the
